Shipping Policy 

Shipping Terms

Shipping is calculated at checkout according to your shipping address, based on the parcel volume and weight. For international orders, the total price at checkout includes any shipping duties and custom fees levied by the destination country. All our orders are shipped from our shop on Via dell’Oca 39 Rome, Italy. All our orders are shipped with DHL Express, tracked and insured for their full value. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If your country does not appear on our list please contact us at info@atelierbomba.com. We do not take responsibility for any delays caused by payment authorization or arising due to customs clearance procedures at destination. If shipments cannot reach your delivery address due to wrong information provided by you or non-compliance with import requirements at destination, we will return the merchandise to Rome-Italy under possible resolutions. All expenses incurred due to this will be deducted from the refund, if any (see “Returns” below).

Insurance 

All our shipments are insured for the full value of the order contents. We request you to inspect the parcel carefully upon receiving. Title of merchandise will be passed to you upon acceptance of delivery and no insurance will be covered from thereon.

 

Tracking Your Order 

When the parcel leaves our shop, we will send you an email with the tracking link and reference.

Return Policy 

Returns

You may return orders within 7 days after receipt of the merchandise for refund. We do not accept returns on made-to-order products. We do not accept returns for exchange and we do not accept returns if the merchandise has been used, worn, washed or altered. All returns will be under the customer’s full responsibility. All items must be returned in the same conditions as sent, and in their original packages.

Refunds 

Refund is made at the full discretion of Bomba, subject to the inspection result of the returned merchandise as well as compliance with the Return Policy. Refunds do not include any shipping cost, as well as taxes or duties which may have been levied at destination. Card refunds may take 10 working days or more, depending on the bank’s processing time. We do not accept claims for any delay arising from third parties or situations beyond our control.
